We realize that inviting a cleaning company into your home is a big decision and therefore we take the same care in selecting our technicians as you take in selecting the cleaning service.

We carefully screen potential technicians by conducting a background check and do a thorough check of references prior to selecting the most qualified applicant. In addition we are insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

Each of our cleaning technicians are trained by an experienced supervisor in the techniques and quality standards that we are known for and that you deserve. We offer a customized cleaning program to meet your every need. Services are available on a regular basis, move-ins/move-out or if you are an absentee owner we offer a service just prior to your arrival or after departure.

Our uniformed house cleaning professionals are employees, not sub-contractors. All taxes, insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance are paid. We will gladly provide you with proof of insurance and bonding of our employees. With Mari's Cleaning Service LLC, you never have to worry about taxes or injuries. To minimize turnover, our employees are paid above average wages and receive bonuses based on your feedback.

We also offer laundry services while we are cleaning.

Regular Basic Cleaning on a routine basis:

* We recommend the following special areas to be done on the initial cleaning, however additional time will be required.  (Note:  these special areas will be maintained after the initial cleaning)

• Dust blinds / shutters
• Dust ceiling fans 
• Dust baseboards 
• Wipe off fronts of cabinets 

 Add any of these Customized Cleaning areas

Basic Cleaning +

• Oven cleaning
• Clean Arcadio door window
• Refrigerator cleaning (remove everything and wipe down all shelves)
• Wipe off front of Kitchen/bathroom cabinets
• Remove cobwebs (needed with a ladder)
• Sweep patio(s)
• Clean off high pots shelves
• Clean off tops of cabinets in kitchens
• Fireplace debris removal
• Laundry
• Wall washing
• Clean behind and under refrigerator (customer to pull out)
• Clean behind and under washer/dryer (customer to pull out)
• Vacuum and wet wipe window tracks
• Packing / unpacking
• Other (you tell us what you need us to do and we will do it)

Move-in / Move-out

• Inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
• Inside and outside of all appliances (outside of washer/dryer only) - Note:  If the oven is a "self-cleaning" oven it will need to be run the night before scheduled service.
• Baseboards
• Ceiling Fans
• Vacuum All carpeted floors
• Vacuum All hard floors
• Steam Mop all hard floors
• Window sills
• Walls upon request (often times we are not able to remove everything but we do our very best)
• Light fixtures

 

 Charges

We are well aware that pricing may be the deciding factor. With that thought in mind, we have kept our rates competitive and comparable to the other services in our area. Our housecleaning services are all based on an hourly rate (per man hour).  You tell us what would make your day and we will be happy to do it.  Window cleaning is a flat rate depending on the size of job. (Note:  Screen cleaning is optional)
