At Mari's Cleaning Services & Home Watch, LLC, we provide our clients with a Weekly or Bi-Weekly Exterior and Interior inspection of your home. We use a State of the Art inspection software that will store the inspection details with photo capability that will be provided in your copy of each inspection as well as identifying the GPS location. While you are away you can be confident knowing that we are your set of eyes for your peace of mind. We are fully licensed, bonded and accredited through the National Home Watch Association where we must exemplify professionalism, pass a background check and provide proof of all insurance policies.
Mari's Professional Home Watch is fully licensed, insured, bonded, we are Accredited through the National Home Watch Association. Our Inspectors have been professionally trained. We provide detailed inspection reports and photos. Some insurance companies will give you a discount if you are utilizing a professional home watch company.

Scott has been involved in the family business on a part-time basis for approximately 20 years. After his retirement from Gainey Ranch Community Association as the Director of Maintenance for 38 years, he has now come on board full-time. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge along with years of experience in the building and landscape maintenance industry, including strong administrative and public relations skills. He has a full understanding of community associations, compliance processes, and overall operations. His 38 years of assisting Gainey Ranch homeowners with an array of interior challenges is an invaluable asset to our organization. Scott is a certified Home Watch Professional.
